Warranty

We have a 6 month sewing repair defect warranty. If you have any sewing defect with your product we will repair it to first quality.

If there is any type of fit issue:

Please contact us and we will be happy to solve the issue or issue a refund if it can not be corrected.

Any outside party that does work to the canvas or tries to correct any fit issue voids any warranty with us. We will not be responsible for any work or charges incurred by an outside party.

 Local: If you are local to us then just call, email, or come by to discuss any fit issues.

​

 Non- Local: If your not local to us, it is required to send a picture of the fit issue via email for us to determine the cause and how to correct it. Upon determination we will issue a Fedex call tag label for the item to be returned for correction at no charge to you.

No refunds or re-imbursement will be issued without the two requirements below being completed.

​

Fit issue requirements:

1. Contact us immediately upon discovering the issue via email.

2. Send a picture of the fit issue via email.

NOTICE

GLASS:

We do not warranty the life of any gauge or type of glass. Glass is very volitile and can be damaged easily depending on weather, care and cleaning. We recommend you store the glass dry and flat when not in use.

BOAT PROTECTION:

We are not responsible for any damage done to your boat while it is uncovered. The customer is responsible for covering and protecting their boat while their canvas is in production.

​

WATER POOLING:

We are not responsible for damage to canvas that has been stretched due to water pooling. All storage covers should be properly supported by support poles to prevent water pooling.
